What is a journal/merch box?
A journal box is, as the name might imply, is a merch-forward project focused on our centerpiece of a BNHA-themed journal! Buyers will receive a curated collection of merchandise to complement their one-of-a-kind journal, from letter sets to washi tape and beyond.How will contributors be compensated?
TBD. As this is a physical product with no digital component, it will necessitate upfront production costs to ensure we're able to deliver the final product. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to provide contributors with a full bundle free of charge, but we're committed to doing everything in our power to reach this goal! At minimum, contributors will only be expected to pay production price (the cost it takes to make the items) rather than full retail price offered to potential buyers. Anyone 18 years or older may participate in this project.Will I require a Discord to participate?
Discord is our key method of communication. If you do not have a Discord account and wish to participate, you will be expected to create one.Do I need previous experience creating merch to apply? Will I need to manufacture my own pieces?
Absolutely not! Everyone starts somewhere, and we welcome newcomers to apply. Merch artists will not be expected to handle production of their items; all manufacturing will be managed by the mod team.If I have any questions, where do I ask them?

Print Artists/Cover Artist(s) are required to complete 1-3 full page pieces of art for this zine.Merch Artists
Physical Merch artists will be expected to create 3-5 pieces of merch, including sticker sheets, die-cut stickers, washi tape, acrylic charms, and other journaling/stationary themed merch items.Artist Application GuidelinesAs an Art Applicant for our zine, your work will be judged on your knowledge of anatomy, perspective, composition, colour theory, and personal style.Please choose examples you feel best reflect the kind of artwork you would like to make for our zine!Remember, you must be over 18 to apply to Quirks and Scribbles.Portfolio requirement for Print Artists/Cover Artists:
♡ 3 art pieces showcasing the best of your artistic abilities
♡ All pieces must be SFW. NSFW artworks will not be considered.
♡ At least 1 art piece must have a complete background, full shading, and colouring.Portfolio requirement for Merch Artists:

♡ Merch-specific art is highly encouraged, but it is not necessary.Portfolio links are welcome. Carrd and Google Drive are preferred. We will not accept portfolio accounts on Pixiv if they are locked for 18+ content.Please note that Mods will not choose applicants based on external factors like follower counts.
